As we walk, my dog and I, together we wonder around
strengthening our bond, something magic happens.
As we walk under this bright moon light
we enjoy some of the latest warm nights
engraving our memories in our path.
As we share our lives, we feel part of each other
and experience simple emotions when we look into our eyes.
As we walk, we live and love.
Lying underneath the autumn leaves
the memories rest, they are rotting in the past
and images are disappearing in the morning mist
the wind blows the leaves, spinning in the air.
May the sun shine through the cold clouds.
The stars glow above like thousands eyes
blinking in the dark, like millions of light flies
in the wild fields on quiet nights.
May the heart be a tulip bulb
which blooms in the next spring.
May the rain water down the sorrows
and drain out the pain
May the roots of the trees take away the tears
and turn them into green new leaves.
May the rainbow appears on a deep blue sky.
Entro en la caverna desenrollando mi hilo
busco en la oscuridad de sus grietas
y recovecos a esas fieras de las leyendas y mitos
recorro el camino de los valerosos caballeros.
Redescubro la verdadera naturaleza
y reescribo en los muros añejos
mis pinturas rupestres, vestigios de aprendizaje
las bestias demonizadas, son tiernas criaturas
de corazón frágil acorazadas para protegerse
y los héroes, falsos oportunistas de la historia
revelan al final todos su naturaleza.
Una vez recuperadas y reescritas las memorias
sigo el hilo para buscar la luz
donde desde mi portal, mi horizonte
se fundirá quizá con el de otros seres amados
atravesados por un arcoiris
la luz nos conduce.
It seems that life is caught
in the reflection of a mirror
further away in the darkness
new starts are born
and deep inside the ocean
luminescent creatures
prowl in the unknown abyss.
I was captivated by a flower
when suddenly you arrive
as a bumblebee with pollen
on your legs
then my vivid imagination
expresses it on a poem
some lines I dedicate to you
you read it and smile.
This life is a reflection
on cristal waters
on sunny and stormy days
hate destroys and love cures
I reach you in my thoughts
and you touch me with the wind
you saw me flying in the sky
and I touched you with my wings.
Detrás del brillo cegador
de la pompa y el lujo
se esconden las lágrimas y el dolor
un manto negro de despojos
se extiende sobre mares
desiertos y bosques.
Poco debe ser nuestro equipaje
liviano como las alas
nuestro viaje es corto
para recorrer jardines silvestres
playas de aguas cristalinas
montañas y valles llenos de vida.
Solo el brillo del sol,
las estrellas y los ojos
que nos miran con amor
tienen el verdadero valor
para concederles en vida
llantos, sonrisas y abrazos.
La flora silvestre es tenaz
el viento, la lluvia, el sol intenso,
la golpean toda su vida, aún así,
es alegre y vivaz, cubre los campos
y recobra los espacios invadidos
en las ciudades grises.
Querer ser como los yuyos,
la hierba mala, el monte
vivir a pesar de toda agresión,
resistir y vencer el paso del tiempo,
embellecer y ser alimento
marchitar y reverdecer.
El higo sagrado del monte
que alimento la familia
las lágrimas y los pañuelos
que secan las lágrimas
de los que perdieron
a sus seres queridos
y el rojo de la sangre derramada
bajo este cielo azul
que está siendo testigo
de la barbarie sionista.
Escrita estará por siempre
en la memoria de la gente
de la gente con corazón
que deja caer sus lágrimas
por la lejana Palestina.
